As we are getting closer to 2012, there are more and more theories popping up on the internet and in bookstores about what may happen with us and with our planet.
Most of the speculations agree on that an energy shift will take place on a personal and universal level and what will follow is a golden age of humanity, where ‘love’ will prevail and with our heightened spiritual consciousness we’ll be able to sense the 4th dimension.
It is certainly fascinating even just to think about the possibility of this kind of powerful cosmic change.
But I wonder, and I’m sure I’m not the only one, what this exactly means in our mundane life? How will this change take place? What kind of energy will shift exactly?
To be able to understand these intangible energies and their influence on us, we can turn to Chinese metaphysics and Taoism, which, -in my opinion-, is not just a philosophy, but a ‘natural science’ where simple and true answers can be found for complex questions of life.
When a theory or thought cannot be explained in a simple way, then it has some fundamental flaws.
How many times were you reading or listening to long and complex elucidation on certain subjects, where usually you get lost very quickly and at the end you wonder, what the hell they were talking about?…but sure it sounded very ‘serious’ with all that scientific jargon or intellectual lingo.
So simply what is this energy shift and how can it manifest in our life?
Does our consciousness all of a sudden change as the planetary alignment takes place on December 21st, 2012, or is it a gradual awakening of self realization and spiritual awareness of who we really are and what we are supposed to do here on earth?
This energy shift will make sense only if we understand and accept the idea that there are energies around us what we cannot detect with our five senses, but they have a great influence on our life. I think this is one of the theories which already has been established as fact, so I’ll not go into details about it right now.
We can state that intangible energies do influence our life.
As I wrote in my feng shui article before, according to ‘feng shui time’ we are in a period of fundamental changes, on many levels, personal and global. This is a gradual change which begun in 2004 and will finalize around 2023. This is a revolutionary time when the old structure will give way to a new one, but it is up to us to what extent.
The change is already underway and it was initiated by universal energies, that which we have no control of, but we can have much control of the outcome!

It represents the universal duality. We can say that the yin(black) is our body and the yang(white) is our spirit and as the symbol indicates, they are intimately connected to each other. Spirit without body cannot grow and body without spirit cannot be alive. In our earthly reality we can’t separate the body from the spirit, we are composed of both and that makes us a conscious living being. But nowadays it became more evident that our spirit and body are getting further apart and a disconnection is taking place, slowly we are becoming half of our true self.
This disintegration has been under way since ancient times and the underlying cause of this is the manipulation of our mind and emotions through religions, education, living conditions, dependency on money, inhumane rules and regulations by the ruling class and most recently by misinformation in the media and by artificial food.
I have to note here, that in my opinion, there is no ‘natural evolution’ in society, instead it is a manipulated system controlled by a few who understand and practice what publicly they ridicule, the spiritual power (not as religions but as a conscious energy) over tangible life.
Food is a very effective way to poison and alter people’s body and mind and to destroy their sense of reality. Although this is a powerful weapon in the hands of a few, it is the one aspect of our life which can be changed very easily.
In a sick or poisoned body, consciousness cannot exist, the energy become confused and it holds back the spirit from growth, therefore real (not imagined!) energy shift or a heightened spiritual expansion cannot take place.
Just think about how you feel after a lunch or dinner when eating mass produced food. How much time do you spend thinking about food all day long, how many times you are craving either for sweets or salty foods, and those heartburns, the bloating, the constipation just to mention a few very obvious side effects of the poison you ate. All these physical discomforts also have negative effects on your feelings, thinking and actions.
To be able to reestablish and maintain the connection between body and spirit first we have to repair the body. Neither conscious nor spiritual awakening can take place in a sick body.

Food is the first and the easiest step where change can begin, and this is where you can take back the control over your life instantly. We first have to build up our base, the physical, before we can expect any changes on the mental, emotional and ultimately the spiritual levels.
Diet is very simple, however the profit motivated industry giants make it complicated, which includes not just the food industry, but also the ‘weight loss’ and ‘healthy diet’ fortune hunters with their false, unnatural and heavily advertised diet programs. Those countless and worthless books and discussions on diet and weight loss have caused just as much harm to you as the people who are in powerful positions in the food industry and do nothing about it. These people are given a chance to make a difference to change things for the better, but do they really care, hell no! Among them the latest one is the former director of FDA, Mr. David Kessler who just published a book about the ‘secrets’ of how the food industry alters our food to make us addicted to eating and develop an uncontrollable desire to eat more and more.
This is not new to many of us, we all know about the manipulation of our food for a long time.
But now Kessler with his book wants to ‘save us’ by giving out this secret and suggesting we eat less and chew well.
How can anybody in their right mind take this type of book seriously anymore?
Don’t we have enough of these already? Do people eat better and are they healthier today than they were twenty years ago?
I wonder what exactly Mr. Kessler did in his 7 years as the FDA commissioner besides standardizing the nutrition fact labels, to actually stop the poisoning of the American people? He had his chance to make a difference, but he did nothing and now with his book he wants to save our life.
Is it worth to cut down more trees for books like this?
Food is of first and foremost importance and a healthy diet is where the beginning of our conscious awakening can germinate from.
Everything what we get today from grocery stores, restaurants, school cafeterias, hospitals(!) is not food, but artificial poison and it is designed for maximizing profit, period. Nobody cares about our food and our health, it is up to us to decide what we put into our mouth and on our children‘s plate.
Of course there are many organic stores and restaurants out there where you can buy good and real food and their numbers are growing as more and more people are becoming vigilant about what they eat.

Changing our diet to a healthy one is simple.
- The first step is to throw all the food and drinks out from your kitchen, right now, except the foods which are organically produced.
- Next, everything what you buy should be real organic food which are closest to their natural state, down to the spices used.
- Here are the basics what you’ll need in your pantry: a variety of grains, legumes, vegetables and fruit (in season), some dairy products, flour, cold pressed virgin olive oil, honey instead of cane sugar (except some for baking), apple cider vinegar, bread, spices, sea salt and if you are not vegetarian, then get some meat which is from free range animals (you don’t need much of these, eating meat 2- 3 times a week is plenty enough) have some nuts and chocolates and a few bottles of spring water and start cooking!
- If you can, buy locally grown produce which is in season. You don’t have to eat watermelon in winter; there is a reason why watermelons only grow in the summer!
- Eat 3 times a day in moderation and not in a hurry; sit down and enjoy your own cooking and yes, chew your food well. By the way, there is an easy test that can be performed to determine what is real food or artificial junk. This test basically consists of chewing any bite of food as long as possible. Real food will taste better and tastier while junk food becomes more bitter and unenjoyable.
- Limit restaurant visits to special occasions and choose restaurants where they serve real food.
- Keep your native diet which your ancestors consumed for hundreds of years.
I recommend that your main meal should be lunch and not dinner.
I know that now you are thinking how can you cook and eat right while you are working all day?
First of all, you have to understand that if you don’t do it, then sooner or later you’ll not be able to work all daylong. Secondly, food is more important than work, yes it is. Can you live without working? Oh yes, you can, but not without food! So you have to organize your life in a way that you’ll be able to eat right and in the right time.
Cooking can be done in ten minutes, literally! If you don’t know how, then learn it, it’s not a big deal! Also, you can prepare food ahead on Saturday and Sunday, so during the weekdays you just have to make some additional dishes which does not require much time.
Don’t be shy, take your cooked lunch to work and use thermoses to keep it warm, do not use microwave ovens, it alters the original food and your food become lifeless and you’ll miss all the nutrition. Your efforts to cook healthy food will be destroyed in the microwave oven!
My personal experiment with microwave ovens was done many years ago. I warmed up a small amount of milk in the microwave oven and from the same container of milk and same amount on the stove and then I put a little fresh yeast in both glasses of milk. The yeast in the milk which was warmed up on the stove will rise in a few minutes, but the yeast in the milk from the microwave oven never rose and that was enough for me, I never used microwave ovens again, ever.
If you follow the above simple advice, I can guarantee you that in three months your body will begin to reclaim its healthy state, you’ll be satisfied with smaller amounts of food and your cravings will disappear, not to mention that your weight slowly but surely will become normal.
I know it is hard to believe that in these few paragraphs we can cover everything about healthy diet, but the truth is, yes we can. If I would want to go into more details about food and diet it would take a few more pages, but that is all, noting more. No need to elaborate on it in endless chapters and hundreds of books.

Real food and good eating habits are the foundations to reestablish the body-spirit connection and these are the first steps on the path to infinite consciousness.
And on a final note, you can ponder on one of Einstein’s sayings -
“Nothing will benefit human health and increase the chances for survival of life on Earth as much as the evolution to a vegetarian diet.”
